In a large mixing bowl, add 500 g beef mince (20% fat), 1 red onion (grated), 2 garlic cloves (minced), a small bunch of finely chopped parsley, 1½ tsp baharat, 1 tsp sweet paprika, ½ tsp ground cumin, ½ tsp sumac, salt and pepper to taste.
