That’s really weird — I’ve never had a problem with anything like that. Maybe you added slightly too much liquid or didn’t wait long enough for it to thicken. Next time, my advice is to wait a bit before trying to lift your sliders. Once they’ve cooled slightly, they’ll hold together better. Another tip: always try to simmer the sauce until there’s almost no liquid left.
