Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan). Line a roasting tray with baking paper and place the chicken on the tray. Drizzle with 2 tsp of olive oil, then sprinkle the chicken seasonings and rub them all over the chicken. Place the tray in the middle of the preheated oven and bake for 21–22 minutes. Once the chicken has cooled slightly, cut it into bite-sized pieces.
