Hey, sorry about that. I probably forgot to write it down. You will need 1 tablespoon of tomato purée.

Made it a couple of weeks ago without the puree - family loved it so much they asked for it to go on a fortnightly roster for dinners!

Honestly, the tomato purée won’t do much apart from adding a bit more texture and colour. That’s awesome! Love that it passed the family test 😊

Should this recipe say Wraps not flatbread?

I know they’re technically called flatbreads on the package, but they look and feel like wraps. I’ve also used them as wraps, which is why I called them that. You can substitute the piadina flatbreads with regular white tortilla wraps if you prefer.😊😊
