Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan). Line a roasting tray with baking paper and place the chicken mini fillets on the tray. Drizzle with 10 ml olive oil, then sprinkle the Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic granules, salt, and black pepper over the chicken and rub well. Bake in the oven for 21–22 minutes. Once the chicken has cooled slightly, shred or tear it into bite-sized pieces.
